First she says, she was thinking killing off Ron Weasley in the books, now she's telling us Hermione was meant to be with Harry?!
Oh hell no!
I like the story just the way it is, thank you very much! Well maybe the part about Fred. So please put all your shoulda wouldas at bay and stop shocking the Potterheads!
Oh alright, so she may, but stop picking on Ron... Poor ginger.
I do get it, though. With the likes of Hermione why would she wanna be with something like Ron? They are great individually but they're terrible together. They fight a lot and disagrees about almost everything. Imagine the two in their marriage. Since both have strong character they are definitely not gonna back down in an argument, and might even explode to greater proportions. Then the is one chaotic marriage.
Hermione and Harry's friendship is the greatest example of the "girls can be friends with guys" tagline, don't you think?
Joanne can say whatever it is with regards to what she meant to write or put into the book, just so long as she's not rewriting any of it! But if she ever thinks of writing sequels that may move towards her desired ending, then much obliged madam!
I love you J.K. Rowling as much as the Wizarding world. Whatever the story's ended could have been, I'm sure millions will still love it.
