Remembering Magic Temple

This is what the LORD says: "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, `We will not walk in it.' — Jeremiah 6:16

This verse reminds me so much of the classic Pinoy movie, "Magic Temple." In the scene, the trio was headed to this place, the Temple.

They were with this group of armed men. What they didn't know was that they were henchmen of their enemies. There was two paths that they could take. One of the path was a beautiful path. Pretty easy to get to and they could get to where they were going fast enough.

The other path was inside a very dark and creepy tunnel. No one wanted to take that path except Jubal, the leader of the trio. He was the only one that questioned why the other path was too easy to get to and he was also the only one that sensed that there was something off with the group of men they were with.

So eventually the trio separated. Jubal took the creepy path and Sambag and Omar went with the henchmen. They did get to the destination easily enough, but as prisoners! They then realized their error in judgment and they were so sorry for ever doubting Jubal.

Jubal faced all sorts of extremities on his way. He faced a monster he barely got away from and was stranded in the desert for how many days. He was saved by the shaolin kid / master Sifu, he regained his strength and even had a level up. They went together in the temple, kicked ass and saved the day along with Sambag and Omar. But it was Jubal who was awarded a dot in the forehead for his good judgment and leadership while as Sambag and Omar... Nganga! Hahaha!
