I'm slowly hacking off things in my To Do list before D-Day and I feel pretty good about it.
I've been thinking of ways to minimize clothes that we'll be bringing. It's only three days, like going to my mom's house. Our kid still has no idea what's up. She'll be extending her stay at my mom's house during our trip. I can't bear to see her disappointed face! She wanted to go back to Manila, too! 
When she gets older I swear to bring her to every concert we'll go to and to go with her to every concert she wants to go to. Even if it's a middle-aged Justin Beiber concert. we'll bear it. For her.
Next trip. She's definitely coming with us!
